The ideal super model diet will not only make you look good and but above all it will make you feel good.
We all wonder how any of the models we see on television can look so thin. Many as we know, suffer from eating disorders, either anorexia or bulimia. But we are going to discuss here how to have the body of a model of normal weight, and to stay thin forever.

Lunch
1 cup of broth, with the addition of 1 teaspoon of yeast powder (*) and 2 glasses of water.
1 serving of grilled meat (fish, chicken), with a plate of raw vegetables.
1 fruit.
Picnic
1 cup of tea.
1 low fat yogurt
Afternoon snack
1 handful of almonds or walnuts
Dinner
1 cup of broth and 2 glasses of water.
1 bowl of cereal or sauteed vegetables.
1 fruit.
(*) Brewer’s yeast is a source of B vitamins which is very important to improve both physical and mental performance.
As for drinks, lots of water, 2 liters of water a day is ideal.
This is just a reference menu. Knowing which foods make up the different groups, such as meats, vegetables, cereals, you can exchange the food to avoid getting bored.
Also, always choose whole grains, as they are high in fiber content.
